We went out in search of a fun pumpkin patch and came across Muddy Creek Maze just south of town. It turned out to be a little on the small side, but it was still a lot of fun.
Who's having more fun here? Joshua or Leif? :)
The Moo Train was definitely a bit hit. It actually went pretty fast and it was BUMPY! It was just as much entertainment for me on the sidelines as I watched them go by bumpity-bumpity-bumpity, their heads bouncing up and down!
Aww, look at the boys about to ride their train. They look so calm now...they have no idea of the bumpity ride ahead of them. :)
This was the real draw of the place: a 7 acre corn maze. Don't let this innocent, peaceful picture fool you; I can't believe how difficult it was! Apparently the college kids come out and spend hours in here. We lasted about an hour and then cut out through an emergency exit, luckily catching the hay ride going by. The driver gave us a sorrowful look of pity. It really was pathetic, but by that point we didn't care! :)
A boy and his truck in a corn box - life doesn't get much better than this. :)
Annaliese has asked if we can move to Washington. The draw might be the cow train.
